Question 01
Will the birds frighten my guests?
In over two decades of displays — from intimate garden parties to 800-guest estate weddings — not one guest has left frightened. Our birds are weathered to crowds, music, and the unpredictability of people. We introduce them gently: first a perched display, then a short flight, then the glove work. By the time a Harris's hawk is landing on a child's outstretched arm, the gasps are entirely the good kind.
Harris's hawks are uniquely social — they hunt in family groups in the wild. That cooperative instinct makes them exceptionally calm around large gatherings. Peregrine falcons fly on long lines above the crowd, never near enough to startle.

Peregrine falcons are built for harsh conditions. Rain is not a deterrent.
Question 02
What happens if it rains?
We fly in most British weather — light rain, wind, grey skies. A peregrine falcon does not care about drizzle. We notify you by 8:30 am on the day if conditions are genuinely unsuitable and arrange an alternative date at no cost. In practice, a falcon launching from a wet perch into a pewter sky is one of the most arresting images your guests will ever witness. Some of our most memorable displays have happened in November mist.
Our birds are conditioned year-round, flying in all seasons. We carry a full weather contingency plan and have never failed to deliver an experience to a client who wanted to proceed.

Question 03
How much space do you actually need?
For a wedding ring delivery or static perch display: a lawned area of approximately 15m × 5m — smaller than most hotel function lawns. For a full flying display with Harris's hawks in group flight: 30m × 20m of open ground, clear of overhead cables and low branches. For film and TV: we have worked in studio green-screen environments, period manor interiors, and open moorland. Send us your venue plan and we will tell you exactly what is possible within 24 hours.
Indoor displays use perch-to-glove flights over short distances. Outdoor displays can scale from intimate hawk walks to full aerial choreography for 500+ guests.

Weddings
An owl carrying the rings.
A Harris's hawk or barn owl delivers the wedding rings to the Best Man during the ceremony. Flying displays from 15 to 45 minutes. Guests hold birds on the glove. Deliverable indoors or outside — fully flexible on the day.
Requires a lawned area of approximately 15m × 5m. A few rehearsals ensure everything runs flawlessly.
Corporate
Team days that people talk about for years.
5–8 birds including Eagles, Vultures, Hawks, Falcons, and Owls — brought out one by one. Every participant holds a bird. Interactive, educational, genuinely memorable. A fresh alternative to clay pigeon shooting.
Groups up to 10 per falconer. Full public liability insurance. Suitable for client entertainment or team experiences.
Film & TV
Authentic. Insured. On call.
Experienced falconers ensure seamless integration of birds of prey into production for added realism. Credits include BBC, Sky 1, and Amazon Prime. We have worked in period manor interiors, green-screen studios, and open moorland.
Full documentation provided. Birds conditioned to camera equipment, lighting rigs, and crew movement.

The sociable one. Built for crowds.
The only raptor that hunts cooperatively in family groups — which makes them uniquely calm in busy environments. Dark brown with reddish-brown wings, a white rump, and a tail that fans beautifully mid-flight. On hawk walks, we fly them as a group because that is simply what they love.

Falco peregrinus
Peregrine Falcon
The fastest animal on earth.
Blue-grey wings, a buff underside, a black moustache stripe — and a stoop that reaches 200mph. The name comes from the Latin for "to wander." They mate for life, return to the same territory each year, and catch prey entirely in mid-air. A peregrine in a display stoop is genuinely unlike anything else in nature.
